Minjoo is a senior product designer with a background in psychology and a master's in information management. She designs for complexity — government systems, enterprise platforms, and the kind of workflows that most designers would run from. Her work combines research-driven thinking with genuine care for the people navigating those systems. When she's not designing, she's walking her small (and slightly evil) dog, doing DIY gel nails, or working on her badminton serve.
